The Melbourne Design Week Film Festival explores the impact of architecture and design through the moving image and its power to innovate and affect change; while shaping communities, cities and the environment. Program highlights include Green City Life and Mexity, which examine the role urban planners, environmentalists and architects play in creating a more sustainable future. While The Power of Utopia: Living with Le Corbusier in Chandigarh and Skin of Glass examines the complex legacy of creating utopian ideals and architectural monuments that can hold up to an ever-changing city.

This event is part of Melbourne Design Week 2024, an initiative of the Victorian Government in collaboration with the NGV.
