Jack Earle "little" Big Band
The Jack Earle “little” Big Band makes its Lido Jazz Room debut on 16 January 2027, bringing the cool, airy sound of West Coast jazz to the stage.
Jack’s arrangements and transcriptions are inspired from the likes of Chet Baker, Gerry Mulligan, Jack Montrose and Marty Paich, paying tribute to the 1950s writers who made small-group intimacy sound like a big band.
Expect contrapuntal interplay, lush ensemble writing and plenty of room for the soloists.
Jack Earle is a world-class pianist, trumpet player, conductor, composer, arranger and producer with over ten years’ professional experience in the music industry. As a versatile and prolific music aficionado, Jack is in high demand and has performed with iconic artists, such as Rhonda Burchmore, Tina Arena, David Campbell, Kate Ceberano, Rob Mills and more.
