“Sweet, funny, heartwarming … an absolute crowd-pleaser … To New Beginnings really has something for everyone.” – Out Now

Like they do every year, a group of old friends gets together on New Year’s Eve to celebrate on a night filled with all their familiar traditions and memories. Nomi is hosting the party in her apartment, but notably absent is her husband Martin, who died years earlier in a tragic accident. However, this year, Nomi is introducing someone new to the group – her boyfriend Finn, the first partner she’s had since her husband’s death. Unfortunately, Finn doesn’t fit in quite as well as Martin did, and with the self-awareness of a bull in a china shop, Finn makes faux pas after faux pas, forcing the friends to confront certain dynamics in the group, their resistance to change and feelings they’ve suppressed over the years.

With its sparkling cast, hilarious squirming comedy and plenty of literal fireworks, To New Beginnings is an unforgettable New Year’s Eve story that’s filled with relatable moments about the challenges that long-term friendships face, and the ups and downs that life brings us from one year to the next.
